I ate Panera autumn squash soup last night around 5 pm. Was nauseous and had trouble sleeping. Bad stomach pains. Finally threw up at 5 am.I ate the soup at 5 pm last night. It had an expiration date of February 5, 2024.I will add that 12 hours later, I've only eaten a banana and had tea and Gatorade. Have no desire to eat at all. Don't know what work will be like tomorrow or if I'll even go in.
I stayed home from work today because I still am having issues with moving beyond bananas, toast and applesauce and felt too weak to deal with snow, which we got today. I'm going to try plain chicken tenders later. If it's still off tomorrow, I'll seek medical help. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
