Avocado Illness: Nausea, Dizziness - Safeway, Dixon California

I ate an avocado that looked perfectly good and it was delicious. A couple of hours later I started feeling nauseated dizziness. About an hour later I threw it up and immediately felt better. Not great, but better. The following day I felt a little ill and had diarrhea all day. I also slept a lot that day and night. By the next day I felt better. When I go over everything I ate that day, I feel sickly when I think of that avocado. I am sure that was what made me ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
