- comments: observed inadequate hot running water at handsinks in boys and girls washrooms located adjacent to lunchroom at the avondale-logandale school building located at 2945 n sawyer. Hot water temperature ranging from (77. 9 f-79. 9 f). Instructed management handwashing sinks water temperature must be provided of at least 100 f through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
