I had a ultimate pineapple drink and one beef empanada. After ingestion I started feeling sick with excruciating stomach pains so by the time my entree came out I couldn’t even eat. I even had to use the bathroom while I was there. My husband ordered dessert but the more time I sat there the worse I felt, I asked him to get his desert to go and we left. When I got home I projectile vomited 4 different times. After, I thought I was okay but than my stomach started hurting again. I sat on the toilet and went to the bathroom (diarrhea) and at the same time started vomiting again. I laid down went to bed but woke up a couple times during the night to minor stomach pains and more diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
