Vacation Illness: Chills, Vomiting - Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, Runaway Bay St. Ann Parish

On the third day of our vacation at here, started with nausea, diarrhea, and then severe vomiting and chills.
Not sure what food caused it.
Was stuck in room for 2 days.
Went to on site nurse for electrolytes, gravel and pantaloc. Ate boiled chicken and rice for remainder of vacation | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
