I was taken by ambulance when my body went into full convulsions and spent 2 nights in the hospital with food poisoning and severe dehydration after eating at the buffet. They refused to let the ambulance leave until my husband went back to the room to give them a credit card to pay for the transfer. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration
