My last trip to Dominican Republic was 4 years ago. I had visited twice, first time for my sisters wedding and got the stereotypical upset stomach / diarrhea, My last day of trip at breakfast got dizzy almost passed out. Took shuttle to airport and ended up almost face planting on the sidewalk stepping out due to dizziness | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness
