Delivery Suspected Food Tampering - Baja fresh, Salem Oregon

I had food delivered by a service and about an hour after I ate I threw up and had agonizing stomach pain. The pain and cramps had me in the bathroom about 8 times and ended with diarrhea . My neighbor mentioned that she also became violently ill after food was delivered by this app service. I suspect he tampered with the food. I’m a food safety expert and- this is gross- but diarrhea brought on from a pathogen smells different than laxative- induced. Food poisoning also lasts longer. All symptoms subsided after about an hour of pain and diarrhea. I’m very concerned that this driver is possibly making people sick on purpose.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
