- comments: observed dishmachine being used to clean glass jars sanitizing (hot water) at final rinse at 131. 0f. Also no chemical sanitizer detected, (oppm). Owner unaware if dishwasher is a commercial dishwasher,or if itis high temp or chemical use dishwasher. Instructed not to use machine. Instructed to use 3- compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize all glass juice jars, food equipment and utensils-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-025.

- comments: observed previous core violation still exist from last inspection dated,( 5/15/19)#37-observed packaged/capped juices not properly labeled in coolers. Instructed to label all packaged juice with name, ingredients, net weight, business name and address. Priority foundation issued 7-42-090.
