Owner unaware if dishwasher is a commercial dishwasher,or if itis high temp or chemical use dishwasher. Instructed not to use machine. Instructed to use 3- compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize all glass juice jars, food equipment and utensils-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-025.
