Bloody Diarrhea After Meal - Velveeta, Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I had eaten the meal after I got home from my main job and before I started my part-time delivery job, less than 2 hours into the second job my stomach was killing me, I initially thought it was just excessive gas but when it never lightened up I clocked out early to go home. This was about 1AM this morning, and I had liquid coming out of both ends for 3-4 hours before I was able to get some sleep. The most concerning parts for me was the increase in my back pain and that I was having bloody watery diarrhea. It is still bloody and watery now that I'm awake again, the stomach cramps have lessened, and I haven't vomited since waking up. The only thing my stomach seems to tolerate currently is water, but I am going to try and get some soup in system to see if that'll help once my stomach has settled a bit more. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
