Ate burrito within hours got stomach pains, nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Went to bed to wake up running to washroom. Missed toilet aimed for sink. Whole burrito was intact. Had burrito bean sauce smooshed on face and in hair. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
