Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: After eating at the hotel all day yesterday two of our party fell ill. Myself included. For 12 hours suffered vomiting and diarrhoea. Today the other two of our party have fallen ill with the same after eating today in the hotel. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
