My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza with ham and pineapple. It was delivered around 5pm to our home. Hours later, we were both violently and frequently vomiting. Other symptoms we had we were diarrhea, body aches, sweats, and chills, dizziness, weakness, fatigue. The pizza was the only thing in common we both ingested. We were both working on our house until we became ill.
