Pizza was extremely greasy last night which was weird. Thought hmmm ok.....ate it anyways. Woke up with cramps, feeling sick, and diarrhea. Ate 2 slices of pepperoni pizza dipped in ranch. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
