I started getting stomach cramps first about 30 min after eating Pralines n Cream ice cream. My last meal was 3 hours or so before I ate the ice cream so I'm sure it was the ice cream. I threw up several times, and had diarrhea as the cramps continued. The next morning, I woke up tired n sore. It was awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Soreness
