Quesadilla Illness Recurs - Batesville, Batesville Mississippi

I ate a chicken quesadilla once about a week ago and became deathly ill with vomiting, diarrhea, and horrible stomach pains. I wasnt sure if it was what I ate though so I didnt blame taco bell, ate it again yesterday....same symptoms once again. I will not be going there again and they need to be shut down.
