Burrito with extra meat  Ate the burrito at around 7ish then started throwing up from 11-3am but before that had chills and a crazy bad stomach. I then started throwing up blood and had to go to the hospital where they said I had food poisoning 
Last night and this morning | Symptoms: Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
