Entire family sick during the trip. Worst diarrhea and vomiting. We found cockroaches in our room. We also seen them wash cups by simply plunging into water and that was it. No scrubbing or hot soapy water. We all got such different days so hard to tell what food specifically. Mine could have been the salad. Below is a photo of one of the roaches we caught and killed | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
