Entire family sick during the trip. Worst diarrhea and vomiting. We found cockroaches in our room. We also seen them wash cups by simply plunging into water and that was it. No scrubbing or hot soapy water. We all got such different days so hard to tell… See more

Ate at Dino’s pizza had pizza and threw everything up and diarrhea for hours
Husband ate jerk chicken the next day and was sick with same symptoms for 12 plus hours. Still not feeling well 2 days later - public washrooms are not cleaned enough.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

First night there we ate at the Italian buffet. I had a few things.Not a lot. Later had two sips of a margaritas the French restaurant bar. Got violently ill several hours later. Almost went to the hospital. Two days to recover.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
