Dinner at Neptunes REST. @ Sandals Beaches resort and we both ate mussells. 3-4 hours later it started and then we were both on and off the toilet the rest of day. Very watery diarrhea. Dinner was on Feb 5th. Reported it to the resident nurse & she said to take immodium. Neptune Restaurant located within the Sandals Beaches resort. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
