I ordered carry out Pizza and a salad. My husband and son ate pizza. I ate the salad and 2 slices of pizza. I got extremely sick approximately 3hrs later. I had diarrhea about 4X then bloody diarrhea 7X. My husband rushed me to ER. I was informed I had food poisoning. I was ill for 4 days. I was prescribed medication and to follow up with my regular doctor Not sure what kind of peppers they use, but we did have green peppers on the pizza | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
