Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits. I had not eaten them in a while, but I never got sick before. I had gas, bloating, cramping, and diarrhea all day. At first I thought it was a stomach bug, but I noticed that it happened again after eating Belvita and that is the only different thing I have added to my diet.
