9008 East Foothill Boulevard, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730 California, United States

Bought a box of Dirgiorno supreme pizza at Big Lots store on 10/17/17. I put it in the oven within 15 minutes of getting home. Cooked according to instructions. I ate one large slice fresh out the oven. I started getting stomach cramps about 20 minutes after eating & had diarrhea twice about 30 minutes after eating. I didn't eat anything else the rest of the night. I had a glass of white wine with the pizza. The next morning, 10/18/17, I did not realize what caused the diarrhea & in the morning, at 8:30 AM, I re-heated another large slice of the same DiGiorno Supreme Pizza in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (I did not want to re-cook, only heat up). I, again, experienced stomach cramps after about 20 minutes & had diarrhea within 30 minutes after eating. I will not eat the remaining pizza nor eat the unopened 2nd box of the same type of pizza that is still in the freezer that I bought at the same time as the first pizza. I eat pizza at least once or twice per week & never gotten sick from DiGiorno, or frozen or restaurant pizza before. I have a slight allergy to eggs & tomatoes but nothing chronic or serious. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
