I had some of the idahoan four cheese mashed potatoes this morning because my thyroid is swelling and it's easier to swallow but right after I started feeling sick to my stomach. I'm having stomach cramping and feel nauseous. I will see if the Pepto works. I think the mashed potatoes did it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
