Not sure but he did have a small bowl of lucky charms after dinner. This also happened a couple weeks ago when he may have had another bowl of lucky charms. No other symptoms. Both times my 2 year old son threw up, it was about midnight, about 3-5 hours after eating a small amount of lucky charms. The first time this happened, I took him to the doctor the next day who said he didn't have any sickness and that other kids had been coming in with a 24 hour illness with just vomiting and no other symptoms. It happened on Thurs April 14 | Symptoms: Vomiting
