Repeated Illness from Frozen Meals - Walmart, Ozark Missouri

This is the second time we’ve eaten these and gotten sick. First my 2 year old started having stomach pains at 2am then explosive diarrhea at 5 am then around 9am I started having diarrhea and now at 7pm the next day I can’t keep even water down and I feel like I’m being stabbed in the stomach | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
