Purchased fried potato wedges late Sunday morning June 11, 2023. Within an hour we were nauseous. Abdomen cramping pain. Later in the day vomiting. In between the above was diarrhea. The abdominal cramping got twisting pain still present.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Guacamole
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Constant diarrhea for 5days no one else got sick that is the only food that wasn’t shared with the rest of the family See Less

bone in chicken my way to eat it. My wife the chicken tenders. Enjoyed small pieces and so did my wife. We got home I decided to eat more after I wake up for my shift at the hospital. Woke up felt alittle nauseous. I didn’t throw up but I had diarrhea and my wife was throwing up later that night. Our grandpa who lives with us had a chicken breast. He also was puking up all that night. He is 90 years old. Took him a couple days to recover. My son luckily we did not give him the chicken so he is fine. He is 2 years old. It would have hospitalized him for sure.
Needless to say I will not go back to them. Even though I have been there before and it is the only one in Ozark. I have never been sick til now. So I hope this helps people know that this place needs to be checked out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Have been going through a Family Size box of regular Cheerios for the past several weeks. Have been having episodes of gastric upset with degrees of diarrhea.
This week had a really bad bout of nausea, diarrhea along with unusual fatigue!

the other week on the news but did not put two and two together.
However don’t care to experiment with one more bowl so will take pics of box & serial no. so I have it. I will also be throwing away a newer second box of the product.

07/04 Update: The fatigue on the day after was what was weird about it. I did drink a lot of water to stay hydrated after going to the b-room six times. I am fine now (one week later).
