Ate the McDouble with the chicken nuggets, fries and Diet Coke we picked up in the drive through. . Tasted my wife’s Coke before we through it out because it had a strong cinnamon taste.
By the time we made it home to Tulsa (3 1/2 hours or so), I was having severe stomach pain, chills, diarrhea and fever. After midnight I finally threw up until my stomach was empty. Started feeling better almost immediately. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
