This occurred on Friday 7/29/16 @ approx 5:00 pm. I ordered the Bbq chicken chopped salad & a glass of wine. About 2 to 3 hrs later I started to feel nausea which eventually lead to violent vomiting, diarrhea and feaver for about the next 8hrs. After suffering extreme dehydration, feaver & exhaustion I started to feel better 5 days later.
Restaurant was called but I was faced with a rude manager & an attitude of disbelief. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
