Ordered a small BJs pizza. Ate 3 pieces, and nothing else. 3-4 hours later I was spinning, unbalanced, nauseated, feverish. Diarrhea followed by vomiting and cold sweats. All symptoms stopped after vomiting aside from fatigue next day and stomach soreness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, Soreness
