Me and my wife were in BJ’s on September 28 in Manchester, New Hampshire. We bought from the bakery blueberry muffins which we are custom to doing. They are so delicious and bought a package of macaroons. Another favorite item of ours never had a problem until later in the night, we both Had major stomach cramps and started throwing up and had diarrhea as well. It lasted almost 24 hours very painful situation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
