I ordered DoorDash from BJ's Wholesale Cub and I bought; "Wellsley Farms Chocolate Chunk Cookies" and "Our Specialty Sweet Middles Treat Shop Chocolate Souffle Sandwich Cookies". My colleague fell violently ill around 15-20 minutes after ingesting the cookies. His whole body was cramping, nauseous, migrane, vomiting, stomach pain, chills/shivers.
