My colleague and I were traveling in Houston and since we're both very particular about our food choices, we ate pretty much the exact same thing, save for the salad choices there. He mixed three salads together and I ate the fourth choice singly. First came vertigo, then dizziness/passing out, diarrhea/vomiting, and here I am about 30 hours later finally feeling better. We were flying through a lot of turbulence so while trying to go to the bathroom, the plane dropped sending me to the ceiling, knocking me out, breaking my glasses, and I've passed out several times since hitting my head on sink/toilet, etc. Be careful of these salads from places that don't normally deal with such items. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dizziness
