Cockroach infestation. An inspector visited in response to a complaint and found live roaches on the floor under the doughnut prep table and dishwashing sink, and on the walls near where aprons and paperwork are stored. The inspector said that in addition to getting pest control service, the restaurant needed to deep clean all floors, walls and ceilings, as all surfaces were very dirty with grime and food debris.
