Sushi... My wife and I both got sick.  We were dining alone.
We had sushi Friday, 30 July 2021 there. My wife fell ill Saturday afternoon  and I fell violently ill Monday night, 2 August.  This included stomach cramps, dizziness, Diarrhea and vomiting, dizziness, briefly passing out...  My case | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dizziness
