My boyfriend and I went on a trip to the island of Bocas del Toro over the weekend. We both fell ill shortly after. (nausea, diarrhea, vomiting) I was unable to eat any food for 2 days. I could hardly move because I immediately felt sick again. circulatory problems and dizziness. Fortunately, my friend didn't get that hard. We had a salad and margaritas at La Pirata and other local restaurants before that.
