We ate beef steak at night. It was medium term AND we suspect this caused our poisoning They say water is potable and filtered four times. We both have diarrhea and vomits

My boyfriend and I went on a trip to the island of Bocas del Toro over the weekend. We both fell ill shortly after. (nausea, diarrhea, vomiting) I was unable to eat any food for 2 days. I could hardly move because I immediately felt sick again.… See more
