Closure Date: 04-12-2022Cockroach infestation, sewage overflow. An inspector visited in response to a complaint about cockroaches. The restaurant operator was aware the building was infested, and said pest control was visiting weekly and had found a nest outside. The inspector saw more than 100 roaches in a floor drain in front of the wok stove, plus one or two live roaches each near the soda machine, dishwashing sink, storage racks and deep freezer, as well as dead roaches in the restrooms, in a storage area and on the floor throughout the facility.
