Additional information: I am not sure if the cause was spinach I bought at the supermarket in Kemsil which they washed with water or a rocket salad I ate the following day in Borsh. The day after eating the spinach I started to feel a bit unwell, dizzy with lack of air. That same night, after eating the rocket salad in the beach place, I felt the worst of my entire life. I had continuous vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, nausea, chills, pain in the lower belly, aches in the muscles and extreme lack of energy to the point I struggled to even talk. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue
