Brisket Illness After Beach - Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, Destin Florida

Brisket was barley warm and very tough to chew. Ive eaten enough of this type of meat in the past to know this was not fresh but was starving from being on beach all day so finished 80% of it.
10-12 hours later woke up with terrible cramps and bathroom experience.
