Food at a restaurant. We both ate the same thing., We ate the food about 8:30 PM. I started having a stomach ache and nausea about midnight. By 7:30AM I was having severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. It is now 2:35PM and the diarrhea and stomach pain has finally stopped, however, I am still nauseated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
