I ordered a Bacon McDouble and a four piece chicken nugget. I woke up at two in the morning violently vomiting, painful diarrhea and full-body chills. It took till 5pm the same day for symptoms to show some but not all relief.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
