I ordered a Bacon McDouble and a four piece chicken nugget. I woke up at two in the morning violently vomiting, painful diarrhea and full-body chills. It took till 5pm the same day for symptoms to show some but not all relief.

I ate a salad and later I was at work vomiting and had severe diarrhea and was sweating

Big Mac Illness Symptoms

I ate a big Mac at mc Donald's on 15 and Harper that night. The next morning I woke up nauseous. Next I started to get chills and diarrhea then last I puked. Afterwards my body was sore like I've been working out.
