I purchased my food at Boston market 6:52 pm 3-2-18 day oat 3060 East 9th Street, Ste E Oakland. I only I ate was chicken noodles soup. By the time I finished eating it, I felt discomfort in my stomach. When we got home 10 minutes later, I vomited several times and had diarrhea through the night. I still have nausea & headache at this time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
