I had the same issue with the Mac and cheese tv dinner. Same symptoms, food also tasted watered down.

I had that when I was a teenager about 15 years ago with the Mac and cheese tv dinner. It also tasted watered down. Vomiting nausea watery diarrhea severe stomach cramps
