Additional information: Went Sunday Oct 20th for lunch, it was the only thing I ate all day. We finished around 230 3. Around 730 8 pm I was starting to have discomfort. But 1 am I was up all night shitting and puking. It was awful. I had such horrible pains and constant diarrhea like pure liquid. For Days I still have it 5 days later but pains subsided and it's not as constant | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
