12/8/2023. I ordered a beef brisket plate with mac n'cheese and hand cut chips with Seagram's Ginger Ale drink for lunch around 11am. Started feeling nauseous after 2pm. It subsided for a bit but came back in the evening around 6pm and has persisted. Very nauseous over night, had diarrhea this late morning, feeling very fatigue, and stomach feels queasy still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fatigue
