Tap Water Suspected Illness - Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa, Punta Cana La Altagracia

I spent 6 days at the resort and was sick 4 of those days leading to my departure. I had a fever for the entire 4 days, headaches, nausea, and vomiting. I did brush my teeth with their tap water. I assume it would be ok since there was no bottle water near the sink or by the mini bar. I had to go to urgent care when I got back to America and was put on antibiotics. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Nausea
