8/24/19 2:30ish. Are Thai Chicken Salad. The chicken seemed over cooked and tough, now looking back, it had likely been around too long. Symptoms started about 4:00. Diarrheal, chills, dizziness, headache, vomiting. I called the restaurant on 8/24/19 at 11:30 PM to report my symptoms.
