E. Coli from Food Bar - Bristol Farms, Los Angeles California

First became ill with severe diarrhea, cramps, nausea, headache and fatigue the night of November 14 after eating chicken, salad and sliced fruit from the food bar at Bristol Farms. The severe symptoms initially abated within 24 hours only to return more intensely on November 30. My internist submitted lab work that came back December 2 with a diagnosis of e.Coli. I was placed on antibiotics and probiotics and now on Dec. 20 I'm finally symptom free. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Cramps
